The High Court has expressed displeasure over the non-compliance of court orders in the PTI recruitment case of Rajasthan. Justice MN Bhandari, while making an oral comment on the matter, said that the government does not take court orders lightly.

According to the information, the court had summoned the Chief Secretary, Secretary Nareshpal Gangawar, RPSC Secretary Giriraj Singh Kushwaha and Director Secondary Education Nathal Dedel in the matter, but the court did not appear till the time of the court was completed. On this, Justice MN Bhandari expressed deep anguish and ordered the officer to appear in 10 minutes

After this, Nareshpal appeared in Gangwar Court. He assured the court that the court orders will be complied with by August 29. On which the court said that if there is no compliance till the appointed time, then on the next date, three officers will be present in the court. Significantly, the court had ordered to fill the PTI vacancies with the waiting list.
