New weekly train service between Kota and Jammu will start by Northern Railways from 11th January.
The Kota-Jammu weekly express train will depart from Kota at 3 pm from January 11 on every Saturday to reach Jammu at 1.10 pm the next day.
In the return direction, the Jammu-Kota weekly express will start from Jammu station at 11.45 pm from January 12 on every Sunday to reach Kota at 10.35 pm the next day, according to Northern Railway.
Consisting of one AC-2 tier, two AC-3 tier, six Sleeper Class, six General Class and two disabled-friendly 2nd Class- Cum-luggage Van coaches.
The Kota-Jammu-Kota Weekly Express train will stop at Indergarh Sumerganj Mandi, Sawai Madhopur, Gangapur City, Hindon City, Bayana, Bharatpur, Mathura, Faridabad, New Delhi, Bahadurgarh, Rohtak, Jind, Narwana, Tohana, Jakhal, Sangrur, Huri, Malerkotla, Ludhiana, Phillaur, Phagwara, Jalandhar Cantt., Mukerian, Pathankot, Kathua and Samba stations enroute in both the directions.
