Some Relief From cold waves in Rajasthan

On Sunday people get some respite from cold waves in Rajasthan. With the entry of a western disturbance (WD) and upper air cyclonic system, the temperatures rose by a few notches in most parts of the desert state, the report said.

Udaipur recorded a minimum of 7 degree Celsius followed by Jodhpur 8.7, Sriganganagar 8.9, Pilani 9.3, and Barmer 10.2 degree Celsius. Residents of Jaipur heaved a sigh of relief as the mercury shot up to 10.3 degrees last night. A Met report said on sunday that the temperature in Churu last night was recorded at 4.9 degree Celsius, about 5 degrees above the normal,
