Rajasthan Mines and Geology Department: The Section of Mines & Geology (DMG) of Rajasthan state, with HQ at Udaipur, has an honor for existence among the finest organized DMGs in the nation. It consists of a core group of Sixty-one Mining Engineers, Seventy-nine Geo-scientists, seven engineers in the Drilling Wing and seven scientists in the Chemical Laboratory. This comprehensive technical ability is integrated with techniques for mineral examination and state-of-the-art apparatus. They contain Geophysical surveys and Remote Sensing while also given Ceramic, Chemical & Ore Dressing labs.
