Actor Sunny Deol who is back in his Gadar avatar with Anil Sharma’s latest directorial venture Singh Saab The Great will now begin work of J.P Dutta’s Border 2. The sequel of the 1997 film Border, Border 2 is expected to go on floors by January, 2014.
The film’s first schedule will be shot in Rajasthan, as the film will enact the ‘Battle of Shakargarh Bulge’ that was fought in 1971. Slated to be shot mostly in Jaisalmer, the film will also star actor Jimmy Shergill in the role of a Sikh soldier. The dates have been locked for January and February, and finally one can expect to see Sunny Deol reprise the role that stands as unforgettable till date.
