The Supreme Court of India dismisses the Rajasthan state government’s plea against the Dabangg 2 actor in the blackbuck poaching case Salman Khan, his Khandaan, well-wishers and millions of his fans can finally breathe a sigh of relief, as the Supreme Court has rejected all the allegations imposed on the actor by the Rajasthan government in the blackbuck poaching case.
The case dates back to October 1998, when Salman and his co-stars of Sooraj Barjatya’s Hum Saath Saath Hain – Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Neelam and Sonali Bendre, were caught hunting the blackbucks and were booked under section 52 (attempts to contravene, or abet the contravention of, any of the provisions of this Act) of the Wildlife Act and section 149 of IPC.
