On the occasion of the fifth anniversary of hotel Clarks Inn, Alwar in Rajasthan, last month, parent company MGB Group organised a cross-country ‘Run For Tourism’ to promote Alwar and Sariska as tourist destinations. Rajindera Kumar, Director, Taj Vivanta Ambassador Hotel New Delhi, who was the Chief Guest at the event, said, “Connectivity to Alwar and Sariska are two main issues that will decide the fate of Alwar to remain an attractive tourist destination.” K S Narayan, Principal, IHM Jaipur, was the Special Guest at the event, as per a release.
Addressing the gathering, Kumar expressed satisfaction over the Alwar-Bhiwadi express highway providing excellent connectivity. He stressed on the need for more budget hotels in the organised sector, which would go a long way in promoting tourism in Alwar, which had high potential in attracting domestic and international tourists.
