After nearly 30 years, the Rajasthan government is set to appoint priest, manager and ‘sevagir’ (attendant) in government-run temples and the Devasthan Department, with a reservation of 30 per cent for women.

A total of 65 posts — seven of Manager Grade-II, 47 of priest and 11 of ‘sevagir’ — would be filled through written examination conducted by the Udaipur University.
