Jaipur the capital city of the Rajasthan will be hosting the 33rd National Taekwondo Championship that is going to be held in Sawai Man Singh Indoor Stadium from September 1-5.
The president of the Rajasthan Taekwondo Association Mahesh Lata told reporters that the Indian players selected for the Asian Games would also be participating in the championship which is being held in Jaipur for the first time.
Many of the top Indian players like and local stars like Shivkumar, Surendra Bhandari, Chitra Singh and Nikita Meel would be seen in action during the championship which will have 33 teams including central police forces and army and 800 players from various states of the country participating in 16 weight categories.
