FIR against JMC CEO logged by 43 year women

JMC CEO Jagroop Yadav has been accused by a 43-year-old woman for outraging her modesty, misbehaving with her and seeking bribe. She registered an FIR on Friday.

On the other side CEO Jagroop Yadav refuses any misbehaviour and seeking bribe charges and termed all allegations as baseless. He said the piece of land for which the woman wanted to get he lease-deed issued was in her mother-in-law’s name. She wanted it to get it transfer it in her name which was not possible. The woman, who was with her husband, then left his office with a warning of him of teaching a lesson.

The woman, a resident of C-Scheme, has stated in her complaint that she went to the JMC’s revenue commissioner Babu Lal Yadav on October 10 with a request to issue a lease deed for her house.

“In her complaint, she has alleged that Babu Lal demanded a bribe of Rs 50,000. When she went to CEO Jagroop Yadav, he demanded a bribe of Rs 2 lakh. When she refused, he misbehaved with her and pushed her out of his office,” a police officer quoted the woman as saying.
