After the congress first list of candidates for assembly election, BJP candidates in Rajasthan and Delhi also expects output from a possible meeting of the central election committee. By Tuesday evening first list of the nominee names for Delhi and Rajasthan elections may be out.
According to the party sources, an informal meeting under poll in-charge for Delhi Nitin Gadkari will be done at late Monday night. First clear list of candidates may be declared by Tuesday. A few senior leaders including party state president Vijay Goel, chief ministerial candidate Harsh Vardhan and party general secretary Vijay Sharma will attend the meeting. Meanwhile, two seats in demand by ally Shiromani Akali Dal have BJP sitting MLAs—O P Babbar and Harsharan Singh Balli.
