Ashiana Aangan Phase – 2 get approval in Neemrana

Ashiana Housing Limited has received approval for 4 acres of land parcel in Neemrana (Rajasthan). The approval received is for conversion of land (Non Agricultural approval) from UIT, Bhiwadi.

The land is situated just adjacent to already launched group housing project Ashiana Aangan Phase – 1 in Neemrana (Rajasthan). It is going to be a group housing project comprising of 2 & 3 BHK flats with a total saleable area of approximately 4.35 lakhs sq.ft.

Shares of Ashiana Housing was last trading in BSE at Rs.241.70, up by Rs.6.70 or 2.85%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.246 and low of Rs.240.

The total traded quantity was 1153 as compared to 2 week average of 710.
