Hilton Worldwide Hotel is a chain hotel that have hotels in many parts of the world. Hilton Group has decided to open a new hotel in the pink city of Rajasthan.Welk was in the city to formally launch its 179-room upscale, full service property Hilton Hotels & Resorts, which though has opened for business since May 15 this year.
“We have already signed an agreement with the promoters of Goverdhandham Estate Pvt Ltd. Hilton Garden Inn Jaipur will be a greenfield project with 125 rooms, located close to Amer Fort. We expect the new property to be operational by the end of 2015,” added Welk.
Daniel said Hilton Worldwide will add five more hotels by the end of 2015 that will include Hilton Garden Inn in Jaipur and Hampton by Hilton in Agra. Besides, he said, the group’s first luxury brand property Conrad Hotels and Resorts will come up in Pune.
The rush of new hotels in the city has already created a glut in room inventory leading to fierce competition and unsustainable price war. But Daniel said that the domestic tourist segment is growing faster and will be a major driver of the demand.
