A special court for National Investigation Agency (NIA) cases framed charges against the seven accused arrested in Ajmer dargah blast case including Swami Aseemananad. The charges against three others are yet to be framed, while two accused are on the run. The court has fixed October 3 as next date of hearing when it is likely to read out charges to the accused.
Seven accused including Swami Aseemanan, Devendra, Lokesh Sharma, Mukesh Vasani, Arasad Solanki and Chandra Shekhar were framed for murder, spreading communal hatred and several other charges.
Charges against three other accused Bhavesh Patel, Ramesh and Mehul Kumar are yet to be framed. Bomb blasts at Ajmer dargah on October 11, 2007 killed 3 and injured 15.
