Jaipur Pink Panthers have entered the finals of Pro Kabaddi League 2014 and will be playing against the U Mumba. Its a coincidence that the first game of the championship was between these two only and finals too are between them.
Pink Panthers were too strong for the Patna Raiders in the first semi-final of the inaugural Pro Kabaddi League held at the NSCI Indoor Stadium on Friday. The Panthers beat Raiders 38-18 in a lopsided encounter.
In the second semi-final U Mumba beat the Bengaluru bulls 27-23. Mumbai’s defence was rock solid spearheaded by Surendra Nada.
In the 12th minute, Bengaluru conceded the LONA points which saw Mumbai running away with the match. Bengaluru were playing the catch-up game. Mumbai’s top raider and captain Anup Kumar was particularly impressive as he ensured Mumbai entered the half-time with a score of 15-9.
