Elements mall, Jaipur will become fully operational this August. Located on Ajmer Road, the project was soft launched in November 2012. Currently, 70 percent of the mall has been leased out. Developed by Adarsh Buildestate, Elements mall has a total built up area of 2,50,000 sq.ft. and a GLA of 1,60,000 sq.ft. Spread across nine floors, the project caters to catchments including Shyam Nagar, Nirman Nagar, Vaishali Nagar, Chitrakoot, Vidyut Nagar, and colonies on Ajmer Road.
Housing four key retail categories, the mall has allocated 35 percent of the space for Fashion & Lifestyle, 15 percent for Hypermarket; 30 percent for Leisure and Entertainment, and 20 percent for Food Service. The project has retail space for 70 stores and 46 kiosks.
Reliance Super spread across 15, 500 sq.ft has opened in the mall today while INOX will open a 3-screen multiplex covering 22,120 sq.ft.next month. A deal with DLF Ave.nue has also been signed for brands such as DKNY, Boggi, Sunglass Hut, and Mothercare. The fit-outs for the store are yet to begin. Ideas Architects have done the exteriors and interiors of the project along with lighting while lifts and elevators have been taken care of by Thyssenkruup; there are four lifts and six elevators in the mall. It has three entry and exit points along with a multi-level car parking that can accommodate 400 cars and 100 two-wheelers.
