Royals candidates lead the victory path in Rajasthan

Royals lead in this election from starting. But after the counting, all candidates from Royal families of Rajasthan emerged as winners from their respective constituencies. In an outstanding manner, BJP’s 162 nd seat has been won by Princess Diya Kumari of Jaipur who won from Sawai Madhopur defeating heavyweight Kirori Lal Meena who had vowed to defeat the BJP.

Vasundhara Raje, the erstwhile Maharani of Dholpur, has won besides leading the party to the best-ever performance of any party in Rajasthan.

Siddhi Kumari, the princess of Bikaner, has won on BJP ticket a second time. Kirti Kumari, another erstwhile royal, has from Mandalgarh in her third attempt on the BJP ticket.

Krishendra Kaur Deepa, the princess from Deeg, has also won for the BJP from Nadbai.

Rohini Kumari, the maharani of Karauli, has failed to retain her seat in Karauli for the BJP.

Rao Rajendra Singh, the erstwhile royal, has won from Shahpura.

Gajendra Singh Kheemwsar too have won from Lohawat.

On Congress ticket, Vishwendra Singh, the erstwhile maharaja of Bharatpur, has defeated prominent BJP leader Digambar Singh.

Bharat Singh, a blue blood minister, has lost from Sangod.
