Congress is the full mood to retain its throne in Rajasthan. Party elite leaders PM Manmohan Singh, Congress president Sonia Gandhi and party Vice President Rahul Gandhi have schedule to address eight election meetings and rallies in Rajasthan.
Young Rahul Gandhi will address Chittorgarh and Bikaner public meetings on November 19. PM Manmohan Singh schedule to address at Jaipur on November 21.
Similarly UPA Chair Person Sonia Gandhi will address Dungarpur and Kota public on November 23 and Sikar November 27. Rahul Gandhi will address Jodhpur and Ajmer rallies on November 25.
Recently, AICC General Secretary C P Joshi, a known detractor of Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, was made the Chairman of the state’s Election Campaign Committee by the party.
The jumbo 66-member body also has as many as seven co-chairmen including Union ministers Girija Vyas, Sachin Pilot, Jitender Singh and Lalchand Kataria.
