Swine Flu: 13 dies, Toll climbs to 225

In the last 48 hours Thirteen more persons succumbed to swine flu in different parts of Rajasthan, taking the toll due to the H1N1 virus in the state to 225 this year, an official of Medical and Health Directorate (MHD) said on Tuesday.

The Official informed that out of a total of 4,734 patients who were tested positive for the HINI virus, 225 have died since January 1 this year.

Jaipur has reported the maximum number of deaths with the toll rising to 42, followed by Ajmer and Jodhpur 27 each, Nagaur 22, Barmer 18, Kota 11, Pali 9, Sikar and Chittorgarh 7 each, Banswara 6, Jhunjhunu and Tonk 5 each, Bhilwara, Bikaner, Churu, Udaipur, Dausa, 4 each.
