Ranthambore’s new tiger safari zone to open from Jan 18

To reduce the tourist pressure on the existing nine zones of the Ranthambore National Park, authorities is opening a new zone for tiger safari in Antri. This new tiger zone will open from January 18 for public.

“We have been working on this zone for nearly two or three months. It is just 10km away from the national park. There are four or five tigers and three cubs in this zone,” Ranthambhore field director Rahul Bhatnagar said. It has some beautiful water bodies and the presence of panther is an added attraction, he said.
