Polling for Churu Assembly seat on December 13, campaigning ends

Churu Assembly seat will go for polls on December 13. On Wednesday evening campaigning in Churu comes to an end. Out of 200 assembly seats in Rajasthan, voting was held for 199 on December one and the results were declared on December 8.

Polling for Churu constituency was adjourned and rescheduled following the death of BSP nominee Jagdish Meghwal last month. Nine candidates are in the fray, including sitting MLA Hazi Maqbool of the Congress and BJP’s Rajendra Singh Rathore. Counting of votes will take place on December 16.
