National People’s Party Keen To Join NDA , Writes Letter BJP Officials

National People’s Party (NPP) president PA Sangma wrote lettes to senior leaders of BJP , Rajnath Singh, Naredra Modi and LK Advani showing interst to join the party. Various sources have revealed that the president of NPP party had wrote letters to Advani on January 22, 2014, Singh on February 13, 2014 and to Modi on February 14 this year.

On contacting NPP state president Sunil Bhargava, he confirmed that talks of NPP are going on with the senior BJP and RSS leaders and now the ball is in the court of BJP, as it has to decide whether to have alliance with NPP or not.

NPP has expressed its wish to contest on 13 parliamentary seats in India including two seats in Rajasthan namely Dausa and Sawai Madhopur-Tonk parliamentary constituencies The final meeting is yet to take place, as Sangma was unwell. The source informed that there are certain glitches, which will be resolved soon when top leaders will meet.
