Asaram had filed the petition on behalf of the reports by the Ayurveda doctor who have mentioned that he is suffering from 12 different types of diseases and had asked the permission to go to Kerala for treatment.
But Rajasthan High Court have declined the plea of Ashram who have been facing for the rape charges and said that he have no serious ailment.
In her order, Justice Nirmal Jeet Kaur observed that he did not have any serious health problem citing a medical report prepared by a medical board, said P C Solanki, counsel for the victim girl.
